If BLACKbox is under active AMC and is more than 3 years old and less than 5 years old, we will not let our customers lose a single penny on old hardware when a customer wants to buy a larger capacity model of BLACKbox (users or storage) due to the growth of the business.

What will you benefit from?
- After using a BLACKbox for 3 years to before 5 years, due to business growth, you wish to upgrade to a new BLACKbox with more users or larger storage.
- You just have to make sure that your BLACKbox is older than 3 years and not older than 5 years, and it is under active AMC by Synersoft.
- Let’s say you paid X amount (exclusive of tax) for your existing BLACKbox fulfilling the above conditions, and new BLACKbox you want to buy costs Y amount (exclusive of tax). You will pay Y minus X plus taxes as an up-gradation of BLACKbox.
You will get all new solutions with the latest features, with data migration from old to the new solution by just paying the difference amount.
What do we do with these old devices?
Most devices collected through these deals are under warranty as certain models of BLACKbox are supplied with 5 years hardware warranty. We refurbish them and make them subject to stringent quality tests. We change harddisks, worn and torn components and make it in a mint condition for extended use. This is what a refurbished BLACKbox is. It includes company warranty, installation, and support for one year.
